The Grandville Education Support Staff Association (GESSA) is a self-governing education association representing educational support staff throughout the Grandville Public Schools District.

GESSA is affiliated with the Michigan Education Association (MEA), the National Education Association (NEA), and the Kent County Education Association (KCEA).

As a Grandville Public Schools support staff employee working in transportation, maintenance & operations, security, or a school library, GESSA can support you in many ways, including providing benefits, forms, handbooks, training, and meeting space. You can also count on GESSA to fight for your rights in the workplace and negotiate for better pay.
